Theyve got a nice fit, are sewn up well, easy to move in due to the raglan sleeve, look old School athletic and feel very hard wearing. Great as a layer or as a standalone in the warmer months as the material is very breathable. The cotton hemp mix has a nice drape, feels slightly silky but slightly course also (which will relax after a wash). It feels quite a tough material. Designed, cut and sewn in Germany

He could comfortably have worn a medium weight shirt but for heavier layering would want a 42 or tough it out/ give it some stretch until the 40 conforms and stretches a bit

The Chromexcel from Horween leather is heavy weight and ages beautifully and is a step up from a lot of the CXL you will find out there

dyed and finally hand stitched in a small workshop in Japan that specialise pretty much only in belt making

The leather is Guidi Calf and it is a lovely leather

given it a very practical intricate pattern and sewn it in true vintage style that is made to last

the slub fabric is medium to lighter in weight

The are sized for the Western World so a Medium for example fits like a true/ generous Medium
