Signatory Port Dundas 16 Year Old 2008 (cask 585867 & 585868)This single grain Scotch whisky was distilled at Port Dundas in August 2008 and spent the next 16 years maturing in a pair of second fill oloroso sherry butts. The casks were cracked open by Signatory in December 2024, independently bottling up the whisky without added colour or chill filtration.
