Roughly equal parts Grenache Blanc and Vermentino, fermented in stainless steel with frequent lees stirring for texture. Fresh, restrained, and textural, apricot, crushed stone, salted almond, and white grapefruit, with a chalky mineral finish. Bright, food driven, and seriously underpriced for what's in the glass.
