2022 Brunia White, Sondagskloof, Walker Bay, South AfricaABOUT THE WINE Brunia White 2022 is a refined blend of Sauvignon Blanc (85%) and Semillon (15%) sourced from the cool climate Sondagskloof ward within Walker Bayan area marked by strong maritime influence, wild fynbos, and shale derived soils. The Sauvignon Blanc contributes precision, citrus lift, and a saline edge, while the Semillon brings textural depth and subtle richness. Fruit was hand harvested and sorted, then gently whole bunch pressed.
