Gai'a Notios RedGaia Winery's Notios hails from the Nemea appellation in the north east corner of the Peloponnese peninsula in southern Greece, where the fragrant red grape Agiorgitiko is native. The small area has been involved in winemaking for centuries and continues in high international regard. This wine is produced from grapes of exceptional maturity that are cultivated in a low yielding, non irrigated vineyard on the hills surrounding the Nemea wine region.

The tannins balance perfectly with the sweet honey

The wine is then aged in both new and old French oak barrels for 8-12 months before final blending and ageing in stainless steel for a further 3-6 months prior to bottling
