Southdown wool- Whole Raw sheep fleece for crafts.Southdown fleece is a creamy white wool. It is a medium weight, shorter wool with a staple length between 1. 5 3 inches. Like all wool, Southdown can be felted, however you may find that it may be slightly more difficult to felt. This is wool is perfect for spinning yarn for socks or other clothing as it will be hardwearing. The wool is springy , a little on the shorter side and takes dye's really well.
