Vintage 1970s Swiss Tarot Cards 1JJThe Swiss 1JJ tarot is a derivative of the Tarot de Besanon, which itself comes from the Tarot de Marseille. Its an Italian suit and the JJ refers to Jupiter and Juno, in place of the Pope and Popess cards. This deck dates to the 1970s and is in very good condition with some signs of handling and use over the decades. All 78 cards present along with two blanks.

Newly released from my personal collection is this stunning

Some wear around the edges and spine but the inside is very good

There is an additional 10” of fringe at the bottom

Unfortunately it came to me without notes or attributions

The total length is about 22”

It’s made of simple base metal with paste jewels

Presented in the early 20th century white wooden frame in which I found it
