Aged for 18 months in 40% new French oak this has rich flavours of red cherries, red plums and sweet spices. Already delicious this will develop further, if you can resist it, for up to 10 years.

maceration was up to four weeks

but the Cabernets impart some lovely graphite notes on the saline finish

this is a precise but somewhat more generous
