2022, Domaine de la Pierre Gravée, 'Inspirations' (Vouvray)100% Chenin Blanc. Domaine de la Pierre Grave takes its name from its unique cellar, carved directly into the tufa rock. Owned by Philippe Guyonnet, the vineyards cover 16 hectares. Their dry Chenin wine comes from 50 year old vines planted on flinty clay soils in the Vouvray appellation.
