Ive designed this for anyone running their first 50 miler or 100k race who has ideally already run at least a marathon in the past and is comfortable with running 4 5 times per week. The first week is 25 miles 40km The biggest week is 51 miles 82km Four to five runs each week The plan has both miles and kilometres 16 weeks in length, with easy to understand structured training with time set aside for you
