Victorian Mourning Punch Paper Embroidery
Description
Victorian Mourning Punch Paper EmbroideryExceptionally rare Victorian punch paper embroidery memorial in my favorite motif, the weeping willow. Its very uncommon to find memorials in this medium: Youre more likely to find early 19th century needlepoint memorials than punch paper or cross stitch. Every now and then you find a large, rectangular punch paper memorial, but everything else is pretty much limited to bookmarks. Presented as found in what I think is probably the original frame.
