This Family Grenache has a deep plum colour with a nose suggesting a ripe fruit such as fig, and notes of spices and liquorice. The palate is full bodied though subtle, with pronounced fruit intensity, gentle minerality and harmonious tannins. Lovely blackcurrant note on the nose, unusual for Grenache, with some well integrated oak spice. Full bodied, juicy, succulent, with lovely driving acidity

On the palate this is juicy and succulent

briar and a lovely marine/oyster shell scent now accentuated in bottle

driven by saline minerality and exotic spices

and crushed blackcurrants

that's all there is to it

balanced and equally built to age finale
