Il Gabbiano - Stigma Sforzato (Nebbiolo)Stigma is the most important wine produced by Il Gabbiano, in collaboration with renowed winemaker Nino Negri as part of a socially valuable project aiming at reintegrating in society deprived youth. The wine is an intense and structured red, aged for 24 months in large oak barrels. Obtained from dried grapes, its body is supported by a fresh, tannic and mineral mountain energy, with aromas that recall dehydrated red fruit, sweet and wild spices.
