Silver HartThis 2023 Chenin Blanc was hand picked from a vines situated against a rocky ravine on the Oregon side of the Columbia Gorge. We carried the magnificent pale green clusters back to our winery, pressed the grapes, and let the juice settle for 48 hours before racking into once used Damy puncheons (500 liter French Oak barrels). We stirred the barrels once per month throughout that time

We pressed the grapes directly after picking and fermented this in 500L Damy Puncheons

25% of which were new barrels
