Epis 2019 ChardonnayThis Chardonnay is developing some consistency with style and flavours. Nice minerals flavours with minimum oak used in fermentation. Superb balance and lovely smart Chardonnay fruit. The colours and flavours are a little advanced for its age but that only serves to make this wines highly defined wine of style.

Wild heady aromas of cassis

The palate is supple and silky smooth with a creamy texture

This Cabernet is outstanding with dense - profound dark beautiful colour - good acid and balance with ripe cassius fruit and a background of crushed Ivy leaf

The palate is well structured with nice colour and ripe fruits that has good acids and fine-grained tannins

One of our best Cabernet ever
