The carabiner is about 3 8 inch by a 1 4 inch in size, and the paracord is at its smallest 5 inches around, but opens to 12 inches around. It is adjustable, with two double fisherman knots, melted in place, to fit big or small wrists. Each carabiner is made individually and personally by me, in a mobile glass
