Noble Rot 'Beyond the Pale' Issue #41Dan Keeling and Mark Andrew first launched their magazine in 2013. Theyre the team behind Noble Rot wine bars in London. As well as restaurateurs, Keeling is a respected wine and food writer and has collected many accolades throughout his career; and Mark Andrew MW is of course a Master of Wine. Together they are joined with other industry leaders to produce a magazine 4 times a year celebrating all things wine, food and culture.
The 2024 vintage blend is 65% Shiraz and 35% Cabernet Sauvignon
This vintage is approachable in youth but structured enough for short-term cellaring
balanced flavour and aromatic bouquet
