I believe this plant originated from the European plant nursery Euroflora

often yellow to pale green

We cannot find any information online regarding its origins

The plant is characterised by large pitchers similar to those of Sarracenia flava

While the tube remains predominantly green

As per the varietal name 'ornata'

they form curved pitchers with a flambuoyant hood

Its genetic background is complex

Elizabeth may not be the rarest Sarracenia around

that were found at the Hurricane Creek site in Baldwin County

A few pockets of Sarracenia leucophylla may remain
