The blend is also made up of about 20% imperial smoked stout we brewed nearly two years ago which offers amazing complexity to the overall blend with subtle smoke and a savory profile that works so well with all the vanilla and dark cocoa powder from the rest of the blend

We started from one powerful base of 34 degrees plato fermented vigorously with a tsunami of yeast and then left to rest in bourbon barrels
