She worked in retail, distribution, and even had a stint at the renowned Domaine de lArlot, in Nuits St. Georges. She fell in love with Pineau daunis during her time working in Paris, as the varietal reminded her of great Pinot Noirs, but with elevated aromatics involved.

She quickly expanded her horizons and connected with the growing Catalan natural wine community

Working with biodynamic and phytotherapy practices they believe they will fully capture Frangy’s freshness and give us the same feeling of intrigue it did to them when they discovered it

The palate is medium-bodied with vibrant acidity

No sulfur is added

All of the wines are fermented using native yeast
