Description
Brechin "Through" StationBrechin Station is now the home of the heritage Caledonian Railway which runs trains from Brechin to House of Dun the original line continued to Montrose Junction. The station consists of 2 parts. The first part of the station was built as a through station. However, these plans were shelved, and an additional part of the station was added to make it into a terminus. The station was opened in 1848 with the terminus building added around 1895. It
The kits are based on Fort William station which is a double canopy with a “U” at the station end

This model reflects the nearby Engine Shed in the railway’s operating days
The base size of this model in OO when assembled is approx 91 x 83 mm (to help with layout designs)
so there are a few considerations to be made when scaling the digital files to other Gauges
so please contact us if you’re interested in a kit
Doors at either end allowed the rail wagons to pass through the shed whilst a side door allowed access to a loading bay for carts and vans to deliver to or retrieve goods from the wagons
