On the nose, intense aromas coupled with spicy notes from the ageing process in American oak. On the palate, it is smooth, with well integrated acidity, highlights of redcurrant, liquorice, vanilla and smoky notes. The finish is long with a complex aftertaste. This wine pairs well with roast lamb
