Mondeuse Noire - Jolie-Laide100% Mondeuse from California, USA. Mondeuse is an ancient grape from Frances alpine Savoie region. The grapes are sourced from the Las Cimas Vineyard in the northern Russian River Valley. The persistent sunshine compliments the cooling Pacific Ocean winds allowing the grapes to maintain a high level of freshness. The grapes are foot crushed and fermented whole cluster with native yeasts and pressed into neutral French oak barriques for 14 month
